As Drotsky wraps up their 2024 season, they reflect on a year filled with highlights. While the successful NAMPO 2024 and NAMPO Cape 2024 exhibitions were part of these achievements, it was undoubtedly their relationships with clients and farmers that stood out as the most significant highlights for the company.
The 2024 season was a good one, with the Drotsky team completing three major projects in Port Elizabeth and Swaziland. Although the year got off to a slow start, Drotsky understands that the agricultural industry is not a 100 metre sprint, but rather a lifelong journey walked alongside their customers.
It is a marathon, and just like a marathon, you need plenty of water and support from others to complete the journey. That is why Drotsky extends their gratitude to every client, every supplier, and every individual and company that supported them throughout the year; those who offered them water during tough times and those to whom they could extend a helping hand.
They are thankful for new relationships that were formed and old ones that were rekindled. While they undertook large-scale projects, it was the smaller projects, walk-in customers, and the stories from farmers and clients that made their year truly special.
Drotsky’s doors are always open for a friendly face, a good cup of coffee, or simply a quick visit. For Drotsky, their relationships with customers are a vital cornerstone of the values upon which the company is built.
While technology makes life easier, it can sometimes steal the personal interaction between a company and its customers. Drotsky believes in always bringing the latest technology to the table while staying personally connected to their clients. They hope that this personal touch will never be lost, that they will grow alongside technological advancements, and that a personal experience will always accompany it.
Drotsky looks forward to 2025. Although it will be a new year with new challenges, Drotsky is ready to take on anything. Their wish for farmers is that the weather will cooperate, that it will not be a dry festive season but that rain will fall where it is needed, and that they will once again be able to serve all their customers in 2025.
The quality of their machines will always remain at the high Drotsky standard, and customers should keep an ear to the ground for new machines that may join the Drotsky range in 2025.
