Stephan Nel has officially been appointed as the Managing Director of CASE IH effective 1 December 2022, taking responsibility for the leadership and development of the CASE IH brand as well as the Northmec Implements division.
With strong ties to their family farming operation in Mpumalanga and experience in the agricultural mechanization industry spanning over a decade, Stephan brings strong skills that make him ideal for this important position. Stephan’s early experience includes key roles in sales, strategic planning, dealer development, client and product management as well as marketing, spanning Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East.
Stephan also holds a Bsc Agricultural Economics and Agri Business Management degree from the University of Pretoria.

Stephan is married to Sanet and has 2 daughters.
