Drotsky’s M100 hammer mill is suitable for 1,2- to 1,5-meter round bales as well as large bales thanks to the 1,4-meter grinding chamber. The design ensures that the grinding chamber can be loaded by hand. Inside the bowl is a heavy-duty hinged hook chain with flat steel bars that moves the bale to the bale breaker where a bale rack with 72 sharp toothed blades breaks up and cuts the bale.
Material then moves through steel teeth above to the shear bar where it is finally ground in the heart of the hammer mill by twelve hammers.
From there it can be blown into a mixer or into a storage room.
