The annual Jakaranda Ile de France Auction offers buyers a chance to purchase top genetics from the respected Hageland Ile de France stud.
During the event, a record price was achieved for an Ile de France ram in South Africa: R120 000. The event took place on 18 August 2022 at Fire and Wine Arena in Pretoria, South Africa.
Flip de Bruyn and Mark Gietzman, owners of the Hageland stud, are satisfied with the success of the auction. “We are blessed with the prices reached today. We hope to see everyone back here again next year,” Flip said.
Many sponsors were also present at the event and were proud to be part of the occasion.
