As we approach the end of a remarkable year, FAW Trucks Southern Africa is proud to reflect on the significant number of milestones and achievements that have defined 2024. This year has been a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and community support.

Accelerated momentum and expansion

FAW Trucks Southern Africa has continued to build on its impressive momentum from 2023 by expanding its dealer network across Southern Africa. Our strategic growth has been marked by the appointment of new dealers and the enhancement of our corporate image, ensuring a stronger presence in the market.

Celebrating 30 years of excellence

This year, we celebrated thirty years of success in the Southern African market. Our 30th anniversary was marked by a series of events, including a historic vehicle swap and a grand celebration at our Coega Plant. These events highlighted our rich heritage and commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance trucks.

Community engagement and CSR initiatives

FAW Trucks Southern Africa has remained dedicated to giving back to the community. We supported various outreach programs and Mandela Day initiatives. Our efforts in empowering future leaders during Youth Month and championing female leadership in the automotive industry have further solidified our role as a socially responsible company. In addition, our dealer network representatives also engaged in CSR initiatives, contributing resources and support to local communities. This included an annual truckers fuction held in Vredendal where funds where raised to support old age homes in the area.

Innovative customer support

Enhancing customer experience has been a top priority. We launched a dedicated 24/7 service and customer support (CRM) department, ensuring that our clients receive unparalleled assistance. This initiative underscores our commitment to providing comprehensive support and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Record sales and new model launches

FAW Trucks Southern Africa achieved record sales with our rugged and dependable commercial vehicle range boasting a complete market offering from small to XHCVs. The success of the JH6 28.500FT model has been particularly noteworthy, and we are excited to prepare for the launch of new models that promise to set new standards in the industry.

Dealer network conference and awards

Our annual Dealer Network Conference and 2023 Dealer Awards were resounding successes. These events recognised our dealers’ outstanding contributions and discussed strategies for continued growth and excellence in the coming years.

Commitment to quality and durability

Ensuring the durability and reliability of our trucks has been a cornerstone of our operations. Our expert parts and service support have been instrumental in maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from FAW Trucks.

As we look forward to 2025, FAW Trucks Southern Africa remains committed to driving innovation, supporting our communities, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. We thank our partners, dealers, and customers for their unwavering support and look forward to another year of success and growth.
