The Kuhn Axis spreader is a fertiliser spreader can assist any farmer with precision farming when it comes to fertilising crops.
“The spreader is fitted with the Telemat technology, which makes distributing on the edges of your field easier,” JP Venter explains. “The lack of load cells for calibration is what makes it efficient. As fertiliser spills out, sensors built into each motor measure it and adjust the spreader accordingly. This indicates that the calibration is unaffected by the spreader’s speed or slope in the field.
